The solid cooking surface is ideal for crisp-tender asparagus, perfectly seared scallops, and other foods that might otherwise slip through the grates. Crafted from durable porcelain-enamelled cast iron, this heavy-duty griddle offers excellent heat retention and even heat distribution, ensuring consistent cooking for everything from a morning feast to a flavour-packed evening meal.

The griddle is designed for use with the Gourmet BBQ System (GBS) cooking grates. Simply remove the circular grate insert and drop the griddle into place for a secure, stable fit while your food cooks. For best care and long-lasting performance, hand washing is recommended.
