Cork Gas will send their RGI Certified Engineer to complete the repair in compliance with Irish Standard I.S.813 and current Health & Safety regulations.

This service cost is exclusive to Cork City customers with 20k radius of Cork City.

Costing Information

The total cost of your service may vary depending on the nature of the work required for each individual booking.

  • The first hour of labour is charged at €159, which is payable at the time of booking.

  • Any additional labour is charged at €25 per 15 minutes. The engineer will always explain any additional time required and discuss the final cost with you in advance.

  • If replacement parts are needed, we will clearly explain the issue, provide the cost, and obtain your approval before ordering or fitting any parts.

  • Additional Call out is €25

  3. Confirm that the electricity supply to the heating system is switched on
  4. Check that the clock or programmer is displaying the correct time
  5. If your radiators have thermostatic valves, ensure they are set to your preferred level
  6. Try resetting your boiler, following the manufacturer’s instructions
  7. Check other gas appliances in your home, such as cookers or gas fires, to confirm there is a gas supply
  8. If there is no gas supply, please contact your gas supplier directly
